Whilst your wishes are paramount to us, we can offer guidance through difficult decisions and importantly offer advice on Estate Tax planning, to ensure that you take advantage of all allowances and exemptions under the Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Taxes legislation.

As many clients have sought guidance as to their potential liability to residential/nursing home fees we have gained the necessary experience by attending Legal Seminars on the subject to be able to offer you up-to-date advice relevant to your particular circumstances.

We also have considerable experience in the setting up of family wealth trust, discretionary trust and other tax planning schemes and would be happy to liase with your tax advisors to ensure that your interests are best protected for you and the next generation.

Our aim therefore is to assist all our clients to be positive in making a Will rather than being negative.

Our services extend to advising you in connection with the Administration of an Estate following the death of a person who either made a Will or who died intestate. We can assist through our experience in advising you as to how best to have bills paid, legacies discharged to Beneficiaries and any property transfers carried through with the least amount of distress and inconvenience. We have a dedicated team who with the benefit of experience can sympathetically deal with the Administration to your best advantage.

We can also rely on our in-house Chartered Accountant to look after the tax returns throughout the administration period, to ensure that all tax matters are completed to the satisfaction of HM Revenue and Customs.
